Welcome to Hammond & Hammond, Inc.’s tenant page!

As a tenant with Hammond & Hammond, Inc. you will have access to a secure online portal.  When logged in to your portal you will be able to submit online maintenance requests, view your current and upcoming charges, make payments online directly from your bank account and view your payment history.  You can make one time payments or set up automatic recurring payments, so you never have to worry about your rent being late or lost in the mail.  You can also set up payment reminders and get e-mail confirmation when a payment is made.  And best of all, this service is free – it comes at no additional cost to you! 

All you need to do to make an online payment by E-Check is to login in to your account (click on the Tenant Login button to the right).  If you have not activated your account, please contact us at and request the Tenant Portal Activation e-mail be sent to you.  Please make sure to confirm the e-mail address  you want to use as your login.

If you need to make a payment with a credit card, we still have that option by clicking the “Online Credit Card Payments” button to the right and following the instructions from PayLease (a third party payment processor).  Please note that you will have to create a separate login with PayLease, and that they do charge a processing fee for payments made.
